Love this place! Staff is awesome and the tea party atmosphere is a blast. Love hanging by their pool and having cocktails. The shows in the Cabaret are excellent as well with some seriously talented acts coming through. Saw Coco Peru there years ago and IT BURNED!!!

This place is as exciting as a retirement home. The guys are all 50 plus and at least 50 lbs over weight. You can have exciting events like drag bingo, a Christmas tree in July or burned out dancers from the 90s who can't give the dream up. Noe runs the events, may remember him from Detroit when he drove menjoes into the ground and destroyed what was once one of the most popular bars in the area. This hole is where drag queens, trolls and old circuit dancers go to die. Save your time and money, it's over priced for cheap liquor and bad entertainment. Drive someplace with actual entertainment like Chicago!

Property has had many improvements and looks great...I staying in lower cottage and it was decent....being near the woods means more bugs....ants and spiders....but comfortable and acceptably clean.

We made reservations a week ago for New Years weekend Saturday and Sunday (this weekend) . We made reservations over the phone and not online. We had to put half down on the stay. We were never told that there's a minimum 14 days to cancel or anything else about cancelling when making the reservations. Typically cancellations are 24 to 48 hours not weeks and months according to their fine print in their confirmation email. So to make the long story short husband and I both are coming down with colds and don't want to go and get everyone else sick. And were basically told were S.O.L. on the deposit. We'll never go back.

The bartenders are mostly twinks, some are friendly, some are not, and some should of retired 20 years ago.

We use to come here every year, but coming every other year or every 3rd year seems adequate these days. Saugatuck as a whole is getting quite old. The merchandise in the shops never changes, the downtown seems stagnant. I think the days of us going to Saugatuck annually is getting long in the tooth.

I typically have a decent time when I come here. Some of the entertainers they have have 'questionable' talent, but there are other things to do. The rooms are quite clean but are grossly overpriced, even in the dead of winter. As are the drinks in the bar.
